DAY 4...A FULL Day of Work!

Day 4 was a full day for the delegates. Knowing that there was a deadline to get resolutions passed in the committees, to be sent to the General Plenury for a full vote on the last day, the delegates were very busy caucausing and dealing with all sorts of last minute snafus
